PM ONLY. After cleansing in the evening, massage a few drops onto face and neck. Follow with your regular moisturiser or facial oil. The following morning always use sunscreen rated SPF 30 or higher. Retinol should be phased in gradually. Limit initial use to once or twice a week, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, and then every night as tolerated.
