Exclusive Gold Card Programme Terms & Conditions

The Gold Card can be used to purchase products from the website for free, to the amount agreed. Simply get in contact via the associated email address requesting the products you wish for and they will be shipped out at the first opportunity. More details regarding this offer will be sent to the individuals. Spending with the Gold Card will be documented, so members can be aware of how much they still have available.

Individuals are chosen by the team at Procoal, at which point they will be contacted by email offering them the opportunity to join the programme. After acceptance, they should receive the Gold Card within 8 weeks of acceptance.

The Gold Card programme was launched for the beginning of 2019.

Members can use imagery from the Procoal website, or associated brands. Imagery will be provided for each member, however more images or other forms of content can be provided upon request.

Any member can terminate their exclusive subscription at any time via email. Such termination will result in the deactivation or disablement of their account and the benefits associated. From this point, they will not receive any more boxes, nor will they be informed regarding future events, or gain access to free products on the website.

Any personal details provided, such as email address and home address, will not be shared and are subject to our strict privacy policy, as well as meeting GDPR terms.

By joining the Gold Card programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not accept all of the terms and conditions, you must state this by email and refuse membership.

We may terminate or suspend access to our programme immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason that we feel has breached our terms.
